## Description

LOT 1 BUSINESS SERVICES OF ESPO 664\_21 CONSULTANCY SERVICES FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT Liverpool City Council has appointed a partner to support the development and start the implementation of a 3-year council wide transformation programme\. The overall objective is to transform key city council services and operations to better meet the needs of residents, reduce operating costs through transformation and enable the council to be financially sustainable\. The council's partner will provide transformation support from mobilisation to design, governance and reporting and the development of a robust benefits realisation tracking system\. They will support work alongside the council in developing and delivering this programme\.
