## Description

This is a closed \(direct award\) tender within Lot 6 of Jisc's Resarch and Development Framework\. The requirement is for Jisc Services Limited to find out how the institutional users \(typically librarians\) perceive the IRUS, JSUP and LSM services, what they like about them and what problems they encounter when using them\. Also JSL hopes to identify potential issues with specific functional areas of the service, or new features, so that they can be considered in the future design\.
