The Council has been appointed as the agent for the householder at the address to be approved. In our role as agent, we (the Council) are designing and specifying the work, appointing a Contractor to carry out the work, and making payments for the work. This contract is for disability adaptation works to be carried out at the householder's address.

This contract was not put in place due to the needs of the client unexpectedly changing. This contract has been aborted and a new procurement will commence for the works.
