This contract is for the construction of a new Fire Station at Wigmore Lane, Theale, Reading, Berkshire.

The Authority is seeking a lead contractor to manage the delivery of the whole project. This will include:

all site remediation works

associated site works and landscaping

all construction activity for the construction of the new Fire Station
