HMCTS CFT Programme Family Jurisdiction

The CFT Programme is progressing a new commercial model of moving from rainbow teams to utilising one supplier per Jurisdiction on a managed service basis. This approach is consistent across the Programme and designed to deliver the outcomes required for successful delivery of the Programme into live services.

HMCTS are seeking a managed service supplier to ensure that high quality digital services are developed and made Live for the Family jurisdiction that are simple, easy to use and meet the government service standard. The supplier will be responsible for delivering the outcomes as specified in the contract and Statement of Work
