## Description

Design, build, and handover a physically complete PCR laboratory facility capable of supporting surge testing \(up to 12,000 tests/day\)\. Once separately commissioned and accredited, the laboratory will enable in-house surge testing capacity as part of the UKHSA Surge Umbrella Programme\.
