Epsom Town Hall A/C Replacement

The requirement of this tender is to provide a design specification and associated costs for the works involved in replacement of air conditioning system for the office locations listed above. An Electrical supply will be provided by Epsom & Ewell Borough Council's contractors, therefore, the bidder has to identify the correct electrical power supply that is required for the specified air conditioning system. The current condensing unit is based on the roof, the new condensing unit to be located on the ground floor outside of the building as specified within the drawings THACR-001 and THACR-002. The tender will be subject to CDM requirement should timescales dictate. A detailed work programme plan should be submitted with the proposal. A list of the equipment to be supplied should accompany the work programme. The successful bidder will act as the designer and the principle contractor for CDM Any guarantees should be stated on the tender. Where the company is a partner of a manufacturer, this should be clearly specified. Contractor to provide an itemised list of proposed equipment and schedules of work for this tender.
