Work description
Norwich City Council manages the maintenance and repair of its property portfolio, both housing and non-housing. Legionella bacteria is found in natural sources and is dormant when temperatures are below 20oC so regular testing and management is required to ensure parameters are maintained. The supplier may also be called upon to carry out remedial repairs/upgrades as required.
A further-competition process between the four suppliers of Lot 6 of the Water Services Management framework (ref: EEM0007) with EEM was carried out. Two suppliers submitted bids and the tenders were evaluated with a maximum of 40% of the available marks awarded for price and 60% of the marks awarded for quality criteria.
