Wigan Council - Independent Fire Risk Appraisals, Assessments and Ad-Hoc Technical Support 2021 - 2023 (2025)

Wigan Council would like to appoint a Consultant for the provision of Independent Fire Risk Appraisals, Assessments and Ad-Hoc Technical Support in relation to its portfolio of housing and corporate building stock.

Wigan Council will be utilising Fusion 21's Compliance & Facilities Management Framework (Lot 5 - Fire Risk Assessments) to carry out a further competition exercise.
