## Description

Due to the appointment of the new HMCI, there are now a number of senior posts which will need recruiting to in 2024/25\. A Direct Award via ESPO Strategic HR Services Framework \(Lot 2 Executive and Managerial Permanent Recruitment\) has been put in place for a 12 month contract \(with option to extend for 12 months\) to cover the following services: • Role plays \(involving internal management scenarios and challenging stakeholders\) • Presentation tasks • Written exercises • Psychometric tests • Group exercises • In-tray or scenario-based exercises • Interviews
