Senior and Executive recruitment support

Description

Due to the appointment of the new HMCI, there are now a number of senior posts which will need recruiting to in 2024/25. A Direct Award via ESPO Strategic HR Services Framework (Lot 2 Executive and Managerial Permanent Recruitment) has been put in place for a 12 month contract (with option to extend for 12 months) to cover the following services: • Role plays (involving internal management scenarios and challenging stakeholders) • Presentation tasks • Written exercises • Psychometric tests • Group exercises • In-tray or scenario-based exercises • Interviews
