To improve the knowledge, quality, and quantity of zero carbon retrofits in homes, DCC require the creation of a comprehensive Retrofit Guide aimed at both homeowners and retrofit installers in order to: • Introduce Zero Carbon Retrofit • Educate both homeowners and installers of the elements of retrofit and the benefits. • Understand Retrofit Planning • Guide the Process of Retrofit • Provide technical guidance on Retrofit Processes and Retrofit Measure installations
