PSF4 Lot 1b & 3b - Future Children's Residential Care Home Provision (Various Locations) (Refurbishment)

Cumberland Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Framework partner to work with the Council and progress a two-stage commission following the RIBA Plan of Work, Stages 0-2, followed by 3-7, upon a preferred option being agreed. The project involves capital investment to carry out refurbishment works to create 2no. fit-for-purpose children's residential care homes.
