Provision of Continence Products and Services

Description

The Authority seeks a Contractor to provide a comprehensive service for the supply and delivery, of continence products to patient's homes, residential homes and in-patients at a number of facilities, including community hospitals and Authority premises. The key objectives are: • To provide a range of products as detailed in the specification for adults and children • To provide a delivery service to meet patients' needs, wherever they reside • To provide an online ordering process / system for products, literature and samples • To provide a dedicated computerised system, providing detailed patient data and comprehensive management reports • To provide a dedicated customer care operators • To provide an data inputting service • To provide a facility outside normal office hours, which allows patients/healthcare professionals to contact the Contractor • To provide a system to track the time each call takes to be answered. • To provide a Freephone telephone number for clients and a separate number for healthcare professionals • To work to agreed Authority criteria regarding access to the service and specific product provision • Provide reminders of reassessments • To provide stationery as agreed with the Authority • Provision of free product samples to patient • Provision of free product sample kit for Authority staff Additional information: This is a one step process through the Due North (Proactis) pro-contract portal (www.procontract.due-north.com; all required documentation must be submitted by the closing time 12:00hrs on the published date.
