Work description
Mid Devon District Council (MDDC) is inviting tender responses from consultants to undertake the Crediton Town Centre Masterplan. A viable and deliverable masterplan is needed to regenerate the Crediton Town Centre in a high quality, well-designed and sustainable manner. You are formally invited to submit an Expression of Interest for specialist masterplanning support.
